The main objective of the project is to create educational and cultural environment where the given chance of new media will be used for the benefit of the teenagers / young people where information technologies will be used as an active factor in the educational process, where by means of competition children will reveal applied inexhaustible opportunities of new media. 
In the result of the project Journalistic Online Olympiad will be held on the sphere of human rights, education and culture where can participate everyone at the age of 13-18 from different countries. Topics will be suggested to the participants; they should fill in the tasks and send them by email in 30 days period. The tasks will be posted on the website of the project. The winners will be awarded with prizes. In the initial stage of the project information meeting – discussions on the human rights and journalism will be organized; the whole process and the results of the project will be widely highlighted in Press and Internet.
